The products

Where are the products made?

The products offered on rosask-store.com are made and created in India by skilled Indian craftsmen.

ONLY the baby pillow insert is made and designed by a small Polish company.

How do you maintain your parts?

On each product sheet, you'll find details of the care we recommend.

Are the products exactly the same as those shown on the site?

Due to the techniques used (hand block printing and natural dyes), the positioning of the motifs and the colors of the print may differ slightly from what you see. 

It's these differences that make each piece unique! 

However, there will still be no significant difference from the reference image on the website.

Is it possible to customize a room?

If you'd like us to personalize it for you, please contact us at the following e-mail address: contact@rosask-store.com or via the Contact tab on the home page.

Your request will be forwarded to the designer so that he can check whether it is plausible or not.

For your information, customization may incur additional costs.

Unfortunately, a personalized part cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged.

My order 

When will I receive my order?

Upon confirmation of your order :

  • in Slovakia you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.

  • for the rest of the European countries where we deliver, you will receive your order within 10 to 15 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to the carrier.

How do I cancel or change an order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

However, upon receipt of your order, you will have 14 days to return it to us (you will be responsible for return shipping costs).

Will I have to pay customs duties when I receive my order? 

All your orders are prepared and dispatched from Slovakia

Within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

However, for all international orders outside the European Union, you may incur customs duties/taxes.

ROSASK is not responsible for these charges and is not aware of the specific tariffs imposed for each country. The best thing to do would therefore be to contact your local customs office and check the rates for packages from Slovakia before placing your order.

Payment 

What payment methods are accepted?

We only accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

We use Stripe for payments.

Delivery

What are the delivery charges? 

For deliveries to Slovakia, shipping costs are €3.

For delivery to other European Union countries, the delivery price may vary between €9 and €15 depending on the country and the delivery method chosen.

Do you deliver anywhere in the world? 

Currently, delivery is only available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

We hope to expand our deliveries soon.

What should I do if I still haven't received my parcel?

First, check the status of your order on the carrier's website and with your neighbors. 

If your tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, please contact the carrier directly.

However, if you cannot find a solution, please do not hesitate to contact us at the following email address: contact@rosask-store.com so that we can help you find a solution.


Returns

How long does it take to return a product?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items. Returns are at your expense.

After this time, returns will not be accepted. 

How do I make a return?

You must contact us at the following e-mail address: contact@rosask-store.com

Items must be returned in their original packaging, new and unwashed. 

All items returned non-conforming, damaged or without labels will not be reimbursed.

Can I make an exchange?

If you wish to exchange your item for a new size or color, you must place a new order for the same item in the correct size/color. 

Do you charge for returns?

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

How will I be reimbursed?

Upon receipt of your parcel, you will be reimbursed within 15 days to the account used for payment.
