Shipping and Returns
Deadlines
Orders are shipped from Slovakia within 1 to 3 business days by mail.
A tracking number is provided when your order is shipped so that you can track its progress on the carrier's website.
Rates
Items are sent via Slovak Post. You can pick up your order at our headquarters in Bratislava. Contact us by email to arrange a date and time: contact@rosask-store.com
Slovakia rate: 3 euros
International rate: 10 euros
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you wish to return an item, here are our conditions:
Return policy
• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it.
• Items must not have been worn or used.
• Items must be returned with their original labels and packaging, clean and undamaged.
Any item that does not comply with these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, please contact your carrier directly. ROSASK cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received.
Return procedure
1. Contact us at contact@rosask-store.com, specifying:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
A photo of the item showing that it is in perfect condition.
2. Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
3.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service department.
Reimbursement
• Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount of the item.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for your order within 10 business days after the return has been validated.
