In our T&Cs, we use the terms "we", "us" and "our" in reference to ROSASK s.r.o.
Our store is hosted on Squarespace. This company provides us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
ARTICLE 1 - CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE ONLINE STORE
By accepting these Terms of Use, you represent that you have reached or exceeded the age of majority in your region, province or state and have given us permission to allow any minor in your care to use this site.
CREATE CUSTOMER AREA
To place an order on the Site, the Customer must first create a personal customer area.
Once created, to access it, the Customer must identify himself using his secret, personal and confidential login and password.
It is the Customer's responsibility not to communicate his/her login and password.
Customers undertake to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to the data, in particular their login and password, enabling them to access their customer area. Customers acknowledge that they alone are responsible for accessing the Service using their login and password, unless fraud has been proven.
Each Customer further undertakes to inform the Operator without delay in the event of loss, misappropriation or fraudulent use of his login and/or password.
The Customer undertakes at the time of registration to:
- provide true, accurate and up-to-date information at the time it is entered in the service's registration form, and in particular not to use false names or addresses, or names or addresses without being authorized to do so.
- to keep registration data up to date so as to ensure that it is real, accurate and up-to-date at all times.
The Customer further undertakes not to make available or distribute any illicit or reprehensible information (such as defamatory information or information constituting identity theft) or harmful information (such as viruses). Should this not be the case, the Operator may suspend or terminate the Customer's access to the Site at its sole discretion.
PRICE PAYMENT
The price of the Products in force at the time of the order is indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery and transport costs.
The price is payable in euros (€) only. The price is payable in full once the order has been confirmed.
If delivery or transport charges apply, they will be added to the price of the Products and indicated separately before the Customer confirms the order. The total amount due by the Customer and the details are shown on the order confirmation page.
FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract between the Operator and the Customer is formed when the Customer sends confirmation of his order.
The Customer's attention is particularly drawn to the method of acceptance of the order placed on the Site. After selecting the Products to be added to the basket, the Customer must check and, if necessary, correct the contents of his basket (identification, quantity of Products selected, price, delivery terms and charges), and finally validate his order after filling in his bank details. The "click" constitutes an electronic signature and is equivalent to a handwritten signature. It constitutes irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the order by the customer.
The Operator will archive all communications, order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium so as to constitute a faithful and durable copy. These communications, order forms and invoices may be produced as proof of the contract. In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by the Operator on the Internet or by telephone constitute proof of all transactions between the Operator and its Customers.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer is not completely satisfied with a Product delivered, he may return it to the Operator. The Customer will have fourteen (14) days to do so from the date of receipt of the order.

ROSASK s.r.o. shall bear the costs of return shipment (except for errors in model, color or size).
In addition to the returned Product, the return package must also contain a letter specifying the Customer's exact and complete contact details (surname, first name, address) and order number.
The Operator will reimburse the Customer for the amount of the Product within twenty (20) days of receipt of the Product and all the elements required to implement the Customer's reimbursement. This refund may be made by the same means of payment used for the Customer.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer expressly acknowledges that he has been informed of the terms and conditions of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
The general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions of Sale", or the "GCS") apply exclusively to the online sale of products offered by the Operator on the Website.
The GCS are made available to customers on the Site, where they can be consulted directly, and can also be communicated to them on request by any means.
By checking a box or clicking on the appropriate button, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions before placing an order.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance by the purchaser of the GCS in force on the day of the order, which are kept and reproduced by the Operator.
ROSASK s.r.o reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The General Terms and Conditions applicable to an order are those in force at the time the order is placed.
ARTICLE 3 - CHANGES IN SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice and at any time.
We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
ARTICLE 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Some products or services may be available exclusively online via the website.
These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our return policy.
We display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our site. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer screen will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to restrict sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
ROSASK s.r.o's partners are the owners of their trademarks.
All other trademarks or logos appearing on the Site are the property either of ROSASK s.r.o, or of its service providers, partners or suppliers. Any use whatsoever of these trademarks and/or logos and/or any other content is subject to the express authorization of ROSASK s.r.o or the holder of the intellectual property rights concerned.
ARTICLE 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Such restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, dealers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through rosask-store.com. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we may complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
